Mark graduated with a B.A. from the University of Windsor in 1992 and received an L.L.B. from the University of Ottawa in 1995. He was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1997. Mark is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Criminal Lawyers Association and the Renfrew County Law Association.
Mark taught for ten (10) years part time at Algonquin College in Pembroke, Ontario in the Police Foundations program. He taught both Criminology and Criminal Code and Federal Statutes. Mark was the Chair of the Capital Campaign Committee at Algonquin College that secured donations and funding for the new Algonquin Campus.
Mark practices primarily criminal and regulatory law and practices in all courts in Ontario including the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Mark also has experience in the military justice system and has conducted several successful Court Martial proceedings.
He is past president of the Boys and Girls Club and has been the Campaign Chair for the United Way in Renfrew County. He raises money for charitable causes through live music events and has held multiple concert events to promote the local Child Action Poverty Network.
David qualified in February 1993, after obtaining an Honours Degree in Law from Standford University. Since then he has specialised exclusively in family law.
Over the years, David learned that the right approach to his client’s specific needs is the key to success and places great emphasis on ensuring that those needs are met.
With more than 25 years of experience, David deals with all work relating to the breakdown of relationships and the division of the relationship finances.
